These terms apply when you use Marriage Biodata Maker ("we", "us"), including this website and our biodata maker. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What the service is
Marriage Biodata Maker is a tool that helps you create a marriage biodata document, choose a design and download it as a PDF. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
We are not a matchmaking or matrimonial service. We do not introduce people, verify anyone's details, or arrange marriages.
Price and payment
Building your biodata and previewing it is free. Downloading it as a PDF costs ₹139 per download, or less during a limited-time offer. The price you will pay is shown before you pay. You pay through our payment provider, Razorpay, and the download starts once the payment is confirmed. PDFs you have already downloaded stay in your recent downloads on your device, and you can save them again without paying. If you change your biodata and download a new PDF, that is a new download. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
Who can use it
You must be of legal age to marry in your country to create a biodata for yourself. If you create one for a family member, you must have their permission.
Your responsibilities
- Give information that is accurate and not misleading.
- Only use photos and details that you have the right to use, and do not include another person's information without their consent.
- Do not use the site to harass, deceive or harm anyone, or to break the law.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or copy its templates to resell them.
Your biodata and your content
Your biodata is created and stored on your device, and you keep ownership of it. You are responsible for what it contains and for who you share it with.
Our content
The site's design, templates, logo, text and code belong to us or our licensors. You may use the templates to create your own biodata for personal use. You may not resell or redistribute them.
No guarantees about outcomes
We do not verify information in any biodata and we are not a party to any arrangement between families. We are not responsible for the outcome of any introduction, proposal or marriage, or for how others use a biodata you share.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always work without interruption or errors, or that it will suit every purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Since your biodata is stored on your device, please keep your own copy.

We may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
