Refund Policy

What you pay for

Building and previewing your biodata is free. Each PDF download costs ₹139, or less during a limited-time offer; the price you pay is shown before you pay. The PDF is a digital file that is delivered straight after your payment is confirmed. PDFs you have already downloaded can be saved again from your recent downloads without paying.

When we refund

We will refund a payment if:

• you were charged but could not download your PDF;
• you were charged more than once for the same download; or
• you were charged by mistake or without your authorisation.

When we do not refund

Because the PDF is delivered instantly, we cannot refund a download that worked, for example if you change your mind or want to change the details afterwards. A changed biodata is saved as a new download.

How to ask

Email us at support@marrigebiodatamaker.com with the payment ID from your receipt, the mobile number or email you gave at payment, and what went wrong. We will review it promptly and, where a refund is due, send it to your original payment method. Your bank decides how long it then takes to show up, usually 5 to 7 working days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
