Write from the address you want us to reply to, and say what it is about in the subject line, for example "Payment help", "Template problem" or "Language request". One clear message is easier to answer than several short ones.
Payment or refund questions
Please include the payment ID from your receipt, the mobile number or email you used at payment, and a short description of what went wrong. Our Refund Policy explains when we refund.
Quick answers before you write
- Is it free? Building and previewing your biodata costs nothing. Downloading the PDF is a small one-time payment, shown before you pay.
- Need a PDF you already downloaded? Open the builder on the same device and browser: PDFs you have already paid for can be saved again for free.
- Lost your biodata? Your details are stored on your own device, so clearing the browser's site data removes them. We cannot recover them, so keep your downloaded PDF safe.
- Want a new template or language? Tell us which community or script you need and what it should include.
Reporting a problem with a template or PDF
If a design looks wrong, a letter is missing or the PDF will not open, tell us which template you chose (its number or a screenshot of the preview helps), the language you printed in, and whether the problem shows in the live preview or only in the downloaded file. Mention the phone or computer and the browser you use. With those four details we can usually reproduce the problem and fix it much faster.
Help with your biodata
Tell us what you were trying to do and which device and browser you used. Your biodata is stored on your device, so we cannot see it or recover it for you; please do not email personal details you do not need to.
